Pokerism collects the following data: • Email address and name (via Google OAuth, upon sign-in) • Subscription data (via Stripe: status, dates, customer ID) • Usage data (ranges created, quiz sessions, streaks) No banking information is stored by Pokerism. Payments are entirely managed by Stripe.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is used to: • Provide and maintain the service (authentication, saving your ranges and progress) • Manage subscriptions and billing • Contact you in case of an issue with your account • Improve the service (anonymized usage statistics)
4. Legal Basis
The processing of your data is based on: • Performance of a contract: your data is necessary to provide the service you subscribed to. • Consent: by signing in via Google OAuth, you consent to sharing your email and name with Pokerism.
5. Data Recipients
Your data may be shared with the following providers, strictly for the operation of the service: • Supabase Inc. — Database hosting and storage • Stripe Inc. — Payment processing and subscription management • Google — Authentication (OAuth) No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except for data required to comply with legal obligations (billing), which is retained for 3 years.

Pokerism only uses technical cookies necessary for the operation of the service: • Authentication cookies (Supabase session) • Language preference cookies No advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies are used.
