1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Pokerism service, accessible at pokerism.app, and the subscription to paid plans (Premium subscription).
2. Service Description
Pokerism offers a poker range editor and a quiz mode to memorize ranges. The service is available as a free version (limited to 5 ranges) and a Premium version (unlimited ranges, streak tracking, priority support).
3. Pricing and Payment
The Premium subscription is offered at €5.99/month or €49/year. VAT not applicable, article 293B of the French General Tax Code. Promotional codes may be offered from time to time, modifying the subscription price. Payment is made by credit card through the secure Stripe platform. The subscription is automatically renewed at each billing period.
4. Free Trial
A 7-day free trial is offered upon the first Premium subscription. At the end of this period, the subscription is automatically billed unless canceled beforehand. The free trial is limited to once per user.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase. However, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment by contacting us at maxence@pokerism.app.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page of your account or through the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Premium access until that date.
7. Refunds
If a refund is granted, your Premium subscription is immediately terminated and your account reverts to the free version. Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.
8. Liability
Pokerism is committed to providing an accessible and functional service. However, temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates. Pokerism shall not be held liable for data loss due to force majeure.
9. Changes to Terms
Pokerism reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Users will be informed of any changes by email. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
